Doulas:

Rooted in Love

Aimee is a doula and midwifery assistant that has plenty of birth experience. As a mom of eleven, five being adopted and six natural, there's not much she has not experienced. She has long had the desire to help others in areas that her own experiences lacked in support. She feels that this is a calling for her that she is excited to fulfill.

Infertility, difficult births, and breastfeeding issues that she experienced have driven her to encourage others in a way that she had not received during those difficult times. Armed with knowledge, compassion, and a heart to help, she strives to make a difference with all those that she would encounter during their pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding process.

When she's not helping someone as a doula, you can find her spending her time homeschooling her children, cooking, teaching Sunday School or Ladies Bible study, or spending time with her husband of over 30 years. Having a new grandbaby has given her another great passion as well. Snuggling him is a new hobby that she can't get enough of. She's a passionate and caring individual that brings joy and comfort to those around her.

Lunar Birth Services

"Birth is sacred, and every birthing person deserves to feel safe, heard, and informed. My own experiences with preeclampsia and feeling unprepared inspired me to become a birth and postpartum doula—so no one has to go through birth feeling alone or unsure. I take a hands-off, client-led approach, offering education and advocacy so you feel empowered to make the choices that are best for you. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, a medicated delivery, or need postpartum support like breastfeeding troubleshooting, I’m here to stand in your corner. As the only doula in SEKY who offers bartering options, I believe quality support should be accessible to all. It’s an honor to walk with parents bringing a new life into the world. Feel free to text me about my services." - Rebecca Chastain
