• 3 in-person prenatal coaching sessions and 2 video conference prenatal coaching sessions: In addition to your birth preferences, resources, and questions we will also have time to practice meditation, relaxation, and other homeopathic therapies you may be interested in.

• Unlimited phone/text/email support (up to 3 months postpartum)
• On call beginning 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date
• Continuous support throughout labor and approx. 2 hours after birth
• Initial breastfeeding support
